Shipping Policy
If the item you order is currently in stock and is ordered on a business day, it will shipped as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. In the event that the color or size that you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by email.

The date that you will receive your order will depend on the shipping method you choose during checkout, in addition to the location of the order's destination. Standard UPS shipping is three to five business days, but if you need your order sooner, we recommend choosing a faster UPS shipping method.

In some cases, choosing a shipping method such as "Next Day Air Shipping" does not guarantee that the order will arrive at that time. However, we ship items as soon as possible using your selected shipping method. You may track your package by signing into our site.

Return/Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the items sold, EliteDesignsNY.com will not accept returns or exchanges on any items. All sales are final.

We at EliteDesignsNY.com carefully inspect each item that is shipped from our store to be sure it is the style, size, and color that you ordered, and is free of damage or defect. However, if you find that your order is damaged, or you have received the wrong style, size, or color, we will gladly provide an exchange. In order to exchange your item(s), you must contact us within three days of the dress delivery to your address. We will discuss the problem with you in order to find the best solution.

You may send the damaged goods for re-inspection after you have been in contact with us. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number that must be clearly visible on the outside of the box in which you are returning the item(s). All items must be returned to us in their original packaging and in their original condition, at your expense. When we receive the package we will inspect your item for any damages or defects. We will also check the color, size, and style for accuracy with your order.

If we find that your order is, in fact, damaged or incorrect, you will be issued a repair or replacement as soon as possible. If time constraints do not allow for the corrected item(s) to reach you before your wear date, you will be given the option to exchange or return the item for a full refund, including return shipping costs.

If we find that your item is not flawed and that your order is correct, we will return the item(s) to you at your expense. You will be charged the additional return fees to return the item(s) to you, and you will not be reimbursed for any purchase or shipping costs.

Canceling Your Order
We do not authorize cancellations of orders after the item has been shipped. We encourage you to refrain from placing an order until you are positive that you want the item(s).

Product Availability
Product availability can change daily. We recommend that you make your selection as early as possible. We have a very large inventory of prom dresses, and we are constantly ordering more stock from our manufacturers throughout the year. If we are temporarily sold out of your a specific style, color, or size after you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible.
